Corona Social Center is a trusted community partner dedicated to helping older adults and individuals with traumatic brain injury live with dignity, connection, and purpose. For families, we offer a warm, trilingual environment (English, Spanish, and Mandarin) where your loved one is treated like family, guided by the Montessori for Aging and Dementia model that honors their independence, culture, and story. For our hospital, care management, and service coordinator partners, we are an enrolled NHTD and TBI Medicaid Waiver provider offering accessible, evidence based programming that helps close the gap in SDP access for underserved communities across New York City.
