Social Adult Day Care (SADC)
The Structured Day Program (SDP) offers a welcoming, community-based environment where participants can achieve personal goals, strengthen daily living skills, build meaningful relationships, and participate in enriching activities.
Corona Social Center offers:
Supervised daytime care in a safe and comfortable setting
Recreational, educational, and social activities
Nutritious meals and snacks
Health monitoring and wellness support
Exercise and wellness programs
Assistance with daily living activities as needed
Transportation to and from the center (when eligible)
Who can benefit?
Adults enrolled in a Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC) plan who would benefit from daytime supervision, engaging activities, nutritious meals, social interaction, and caregiver respite.
How we help
Our team develops person-centered plans tailored to each participant's unique strengths, interests, and goals. We incorporate Montessori-inspired principles that emphasize meaningful engagement, choice, and purposeful activities to encourage skill-building, confidence, community participation, and greater independence.
