The Structured Day Program (SDP) provides a supportive, community-based environment where adults with disabilities can develop life skills, build meaningful relationships, and participate in enriching daily activities that promote independence and personal growth.

Corona Social Center offers:

We are proud to announce that Corona Social Center is now an approved provider under New York State’s Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and Nursing Home Transition and Diversion (NHTD) Medicaid Waiver Programs!

If you or a loved one is currently enrolled in the TBI or NHTD waiver program, you may now be eligible to attend our Structured Day Program (SDP) — right here in the heart of Corona, Queens.

Our program offers:

Structured, goal-directed daily programming. A warm, welcoming community environment Services in English, Spanish, and Mandarin. Easy access — one block from the subway, bus stops at our door, and minutes from major highways and LaGuardia Airport. We are now accepting referrals and new participants.
