Need transportation to our center? If you are eligible for Medicaid transportation, we can help you arrange your ride through Medical Answering Services (MAS). Contact us for assistance.

1. **Start:** Determine your nearest metro station or bus stop.
2. Take the subway: Take the 7 train towards Flushing-Main St.
3. Stop: Get off at the Junction Blvd. station.
4. Walk: Exit the station and walk northwest along Junction Blvd.
5. Arrival: Turn left onto Junction Blvd., and you will find 3530 Junction Blvd. on your right.
By bus:
1. **Get started:** Determine your nearest bus stop.
2. Take the bus: Depending on your location, you can take several buses that stop at Junction Blvd, such as the Q72, Q47, or Q66.
3. To: Take the bus until you reach the Junction Blvd. stop.
4. Arrival: Once you arrive at the Junction Blvd stop, get off the bus and walk toward Junction Blvd. Continue walking along Junction Blvd until you reach 3530 Junction Blvd.
